Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - HR Operations to oversee end-to-end onboarding and employee exit procedures, ensure HR compliance, and enhance the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong data management skills and proficiency in HR management tools to streamline operations and support organizational growth.
Location: Bangalore ( 5 days in a week onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Joiner Onboarding (End-to-End):
Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and system access.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Maintain accurate onboarding records and track onboarding status.
2. Employee Exit Formalities:
Manage exit processes including exit interviews, clearance, and return of assets.
Ensure all formalities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain exit documentation and update HR records accordingly.
3. HR Compliance & Mandates:
Ensure adherence to statutory compliance related to labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure compliance.
Support audits and generate compliance reports as needed.
4. Employee Experience & Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives.
Gather and analyze feedback to improve HR services.
5. Data Management & HR Tools:
Maintain accurate employee data, dashboards, and reports using HRMS/HRIS tools.
Generate reports and analyze data for decision-making and process improvements.
Support digital transformation initiatives within HR operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5 to 8 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in HR management systems (e.g., SAP HR, Workday, BambooHR, etc.).
Data-driven mindset with excellent Excel and reporting skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
