Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries and support grievance resolution.
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Assist in performance management tracking and documentation.
- Support training and development coordination.
- Generate HR reports and assist in audits and compliance tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and records.
- Collaborate with teams for smooth HR operations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources and people management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and MS Office tools
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and team player
