Are you a passionate, growth-driven individual with a flair for marketing, sales, and technology Do you believe in shaping the future of education through innovation, robotics, and hands-on learning If yes, this is your opportunity to co-lead a purpose-driven EdTech startup that is already transforming how children learn, think, and create. We are seeking a Co-Founder who will: Lead and strategize sales and marketing operations Drive lead generation and conversions for institutional and B2C programs Build and manage growth funnelsboth offline and digital Represent the brand at exhibitions, events, and client meetings Collaborate on business development and revenue partnerships Understand core offerings (STEM, Robotics, Coding) and help position them effectively Have the ability to invest and bring long-term commitment to the venture Who Were Looking For: 10+ years of experience in sales/marketing/business development Strong communication and negotiation skills Technical understanding of EdTech/Robotics/Coding (preferred, not mandatory) Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for education Willingness to hustle, own the growth roadmap, and think scale Prior startup experience or having built a network in the education domain is a plus Location: Raipur (preferred) or willing to relocate Investment: Required to be discussed during the meeting Equity: Offered as per contribution and alignment This is not just a roleits a leadership opportunity to co-create a future-ready education brand.
