We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion. The
Project Manager will be responsible for defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, managing resources, and ensuring
projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership,
communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
Manage and coordinate project teams, including developers, designers, testers, and other relevant personnel.
Track project progress, identify and manage risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Facilitate project meetings, communicate project status to stakeholders, and ensure clear and consistent communication.
Monitor and control project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are within financial targets.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Evaluate project performance and conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience 10+ years of experience managing IT projects.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications.
