Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create and update job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Manage the job offer process, including salary negotiations and offer letters.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records throughout the journey of team members.
Preferred candidate profile :
Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability
- Must be able to keep calm and make quick, clear decisions while coping with pressure.
- An organized professional with the ability to manage time and people to deliver expected results
- The candidate must have a systematic approach to solving problems.
- Must be fluent in English and familiar with MS Word, Excel, Power point , and Internet.
Experience: 5 years relevant experience will be preferred
Salary : Commensurate to expertise and industry standards.
