Role Overview:
The  Sales Manager Open Market is responsible for leading high-performing sales teams and driving health insurance sales through direct and non-agency channels.

• Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage sales managers and executives to achieve targets.
• Business Expansion: Identify new markets, build partnerships, and enhance customer acquisition.
