Location :- Bandra, Mumbai
Salary :- Up to 30,000 Gross (Based on Experience & Skills)
Benefits :- Service Charges + Duty Meals
Shift :- 9-10 Hours | Rotational Shifts


About the Role :-
We are hiring a skilled and passionate Commis Chef 1 with hands-on experience in Thai and Oriental cuisine for an Upcoming restaurant in Bandra, Mumbai. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in Asian culinary techniques, especially in Thai & Oriental food preparation.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Prepare and cook authentic Thai & Oriental dishes as per restaurant standards.

• Assist CDP and DCDP in daily kitchen operations.

• Ensure proper and timely execution of orders.

• Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.

• Rotate stock and manage ingredient preparation effectively.

• Follow kitchen SOPs and support during busy service hours.

Requirements :-

• Knowledge of wok cooking, dim sum, stir-fry, and sauces preferred.

• Should be disciplined, punctual, and willing to work rotational shifts.

• Team player with a positive attitude and passion for food.
