Job Role :
Key Responsibilities are:
Managing business development for the cluster through channel tie ups.
Increasing business revenue by cross selling various products.
Strengthening distribution through tie ups with channel partners e.g. DSAs, CAs, and connectors.
Managing Delinquency Resolutions. Managing Business growth and profitability with and through Area Managers and Territory Managers.
Assessing training needs to accelerate his teams performance.
Introduce and Implement new marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the region by coordinating with product team. Managing Weekly and Monthly MIS and Trackers.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development Credit Administration Operations Management Client Servicing, Team Management. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Mandatory Skills :
Graduate/MBA with 8-10 years of experience (4-6 yrs of relevant exp) Understanding of Mortgage Business and its profit drivers Strong Inter-personal and leadership skills ability to hire/train/mot
