Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented U.S. Mortgage Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of U.S. mortgage processes and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle U.S. mortgage documentation and processes accurately
  
• Communicate clearly with clients, lenders, and team members
  
• Review and verify loan applications and related paperwork
  
• Ensure compliance with U.S. mortgage regulations and company policies
  
• Manage and review appraisal documents as part of the loan process .
  

Requirements:

• Experience in the U.S. mortgage industry (minimum 1 year of experience )
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  
• Good understanding of loan origination, processing, or underwriting
  
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
  

Should be comfortable with Night Shift (Immediate Joiners are preferred)

One way Can will provided ( 5 days Working with 2 days off )
