Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.
  
• Identify market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and improve ROI.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., software development, marketing) to launch new products or services.
  
• Analyze campaign performance using data analysis tools like Google Analytics to optimize future initiatives.
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments by attending conferences, reading trade publications, etc.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the IT sector.
  
• Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting revenue targets.
  
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO, social media advertising, email campaign management.
