What were looking forWe re looking for a Senior AI Sales professional who can drive growth by understanding client needs and positioning our AI/ML capabilities effectively. If you have a strong track record in IT sales, a deep understanding of AI/ML services, and the ability to build trusted customer relationships, we d love to talk to you.
What you ll be doing
  • Act as a bridge between clients business challenges and AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Define and evolve Talentica s AI/ML service offerings, use cases, and value propositions.
  • Drive revenue growth globally for the Data Science Services that Talentica offers.
  • Sign up new "buyers" within the customer portfolio using relationships with the existing stakeholders.
  • Represent Talentica in industry forums, author whitepapers/blogs, and build credibility in the AI space.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Experience: 8-12 years of field Sales experience in the IT industry.
  • Must have
    • Currently working with a company specialized in AI and data Engineering.
    • Ability to translate business problems into AI/ML use cases and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience in opening new markets, territories and accounts.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Willingness to travel (domestic and international).
    Nice to have
    • Valid B1 Visa
    • International Field Sales Experience
    • Strong network of potential clients or partners in the AI/ML space.
