Job Responsibilities :
* On-time sourcing of candidate resumes from Job Portals and other sources.
* Understanding the key skills of the positions and according Screening the CVs, Interviewing the candidates and scheduling the candidates for the interviews.
* Interaction with the panelists for facilitating smooth interview processes.
* Candidate joining formalities.
* Ensure minimum CV or interview rejection ratios.
* Networking and Database building.
* Candidate Relationship Management.
* Support in basic HR activities and Employee Engagement Activities.
* Should be able to use Excel sheets and maintain proper records and status.
Required Skills :
* Candidate should be willing to work on contract
* Excellent Communication skills is a must along with candidate engagement, people networking and follow up skills are an absolute must for this position.
* Candidates with prior experience of recruitment, understanding of IT Skills or those who have done internship in recruitment is a plus for this position.
* The candidate Should have a go getter approach and work on things proactively with less support.
* Candidate should be smart and able to handle and coordinate things
* Should have good basic computers knowledge and good at using Excel.
* Should have good skills at using the internet and should be able to various software applications / portals, social networking sites etc. used in recruitment.
