What You Know:
A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on IT consulting and latest technology hiring.
Successful track record of recruiting for the IT Service based industry
Expertise in conducting Walk- In Interviews
Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and manual data handling.
Able to get work done on time and with high quality
Experience working with multiple Job board and Social media Platforms
Expertise in hiring for (ADM, DevOps, Full-stack Development, etc.).
Understanding of market trends and competitive hiring practices within the IT consulting industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
