Job Title: Back Office Customer Service Representative Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Customer Service Representative to support our customer service operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks, processing customer requests, and ensuring smooth backend operations without direct customer interaction. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage customer orders and refunds. Handle email and chat-based customer inquiries and complaints. Maintain and update customer records in the database. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to resolve customer issues. Generate reports and analyze customer service trends. Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards. Requirements: Proven experience in back-office or customer support roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software and Advance Excel. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
