Job Description

Key responsibilities: 1. Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements 2. Maintaining corporate records and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations 3. Coordinating board and committee meetings, preparing agendas and minutes 4. Assisting in the preparation of annual reports and filings with regulatory authorities 5. Conducting research on legal and regulatory issues affecting the company 6. Assisting in corporate governance and compliance initiatives 7. Providing administrative support to the CS and senior management team If you are a detail-oriented individual with an understanding of the Companies Act , LLP Act , RBI Compliances with strong English proficiency (spoken and written) and proficiency in MS-Office, this opportunity is perfect for you.,
