Location: Gurgaon & Pune (Willing to travel client side and may require frequent travelling)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Project Manager with 25 years of experience to manage end-to-end execution of technology-driven projects. This role is ideal for professionals who have a background in software development, engineering, or IT, and are now steering their career toward project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with technical leads and stakeholders.
Technical Understanding:
Leverage your technical background to translate business requirements into clear technical actions. Ability to understand code-level discussions is a plus.
Team Coordination:
Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and designers. Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication:
Ensure transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders on project status, risks, and dependencies.
Agile Methodology:
Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Maintain JIRA, Confluence, or similar project tracking tools.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify potential roadblocks early and work proactively to resolve them.
Quality Focus:
Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a product or software development environment.
- Strong technical foundation prior experience as a developer, QA, or systems engineer is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications are a plus.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience working with startups or fast-paced tech companies.
- Prior experience handling client-facing communications or vendor management.
