Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Lead administrator for Concur expense system and Company Corporate card program and other related activities.
Provide superior customer service, training, and support to employees on Concur T&E.
Assist employees with booking travel reservations as needed.
Assist with department dashboard reports.
Book healthcare provider travel as needed.
Enforce company-wide adherence to Travel & Entertainment Policy.
Audit T&E expense reports and review receipts based on the Corporate Travel Policy and guidelines.
Process credit card applications and administer the credit card programs.
Assist with reconciliation of credit card charges and billable expenses.
Develop and/or maintain process documentation and training materials.
Identify opportunities for improved process efficiency, productivity, process scalability and compliance.
Assist with meetings and surge events.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the functions of the job.
Two years experience with Concur.
Two years experience with GDS, Worldspan preferred.
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

Proficiency with travel agency GDS technology.

Proficiency with Concur Travel and Expense.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with credit card program administration.

Requirements
BASIC PURPOSE:
The Corporate Travel and Expense Specialist is an integral part of the Travel department team supporting the Corporate Travel Team, Concur T&E system, and corporate credit card programs. The Specialist will be the liaison between the business and the Travel team for expense management, corporate credit card support and travel booking assistance and must be detail oriented with have a strong desire to investigate and solve problems.
