Full time | Work From Office This Position is Currently Open Department / Category: TESTING Listed on Jun 04, 2025 Work Location: GURGAON Job Descritpion of QE Selenium Tester 8 to 10 Years Relevant Experience Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineering (QE) Selenium Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a robust automation testing strategy aligned with sprint and release cycles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery through automated testing. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement automation test strategies for agile sprints and release cycles. Identify and select suitable tools, frameworks, and technologies for test automation. Customize and enhance the existing test automation framework to fit project requirements. Collaborate with the AutoNation team to define and prioritize test automation scenarios. Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Java. Log and track defects; work with development teams for issue resolution. Participate in code reviews, automation design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java for automation scripting. Solid understanding of test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Maven). Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test lifecycle within sprint-based development. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber. Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured is a plus. Exposure to test management tools like JIRA, Zephyr, or TestRail.
