Head, Sales and Business Development
JD:
1. Manage growth and expansion of Xitadel in domestic and global markets
2. Formulate, develop and implement Sales strategies, with CEOs support and approval, for business expansion.
3. Establish Sales Plan set targets and objectives consistent with company growth plans; sales channels, network, etc.
4. Take ownership of regional targets and sales plans; review and prepare monthly/quarterly executive reports.
5. Maintain, manage and communicate sales pipeline and status.
6. Provide regular and periodic briefings to management on current sales status relative to targets; customer intelligence.
