Brand Activations & Alliances
Location: Noida
Experience: 3-4 Years (Having executed large scale events, forums OR cracked brand partnerships is a must)
Role Overview:
You will drive high-impact events and activations across Naukri businesses (hirist, iimjobs, etc) to support business impact. Your focus will be on executing strategic industry events, leadership summits, and networking forums to engage tech talent, business leaders, and early-career professionals. You'll collaborate with possible corporate partners, media houses and business communities to enhance brand presence and user engagement via alliances.
Key Responsibilities
Plan & execute flagship industry events, hiring summits, and networking forums for Naukri businesses, to create brand visibility and engagement.
Develop targeted activations for professionals across corporate hubs, industry associations, and top-tier academic institutions.
Forge partnerships with media (ET, Business Standard, Business World) and business communities to expand reach and strengthen the brand.
Lead on-ground brand activations at corporate spaces, tech parks, and high-profile business events.
Track & optimize performance for maximum brand exposure, participation, and user acquisition.
What Were Looking For
3-6 years of experience in organizing large-scale industry events, conferences, or leadership forums.
Experience in corporate & media events (Forbes 30 under 30, ET Awards, EY Entrepreneur of the year etc)
Strong stakeholder management with networks across media, business, and professional communities.
Proven track record in event strategy & execution with high engagement outcomes.
MBA from a premium institute is a plus.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on curating impactful industry events, engaging with business leaders, and elevating brand presence.
