Job Description

Croma is looking for dynamic and passionate HR Interns to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment.

Role & responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments of applicants.
Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates.

Preferred candidate profile:

PGDM/MBA in HR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for recruitment and people management.
Ability to multitask.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals is a plus.
Duration - 3 to 6 months
Location - Pan India
