Position Overview
Advantal Technologies is looking for an experienced and goal-driven International Sales Manager to join our team in Gurugram. This role is ideal for someone from an IT background who has a strong understanding of international markets, enterprise solutions, and B2B sales.
You will play a key role in expanding our client base, managing enterprise accounts, and driving revenue across key sectors like telecom and defense .

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership : Drive business growth and consistently exceed sales targets by effectively leading and managing the sales team.
IT Solutions Sales : Utilize deep expertise in selling software services such as custom applications, websites, and mobile solutions.
Strategic Execution : Create and implement comprehensive business plans focused on sales performance, revenue generation, and cost control.
Lead Management : Identify, qualify, and engage leads through structured processes, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals.
Client Engagement : Foster long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
Market Intelligence : Monitor emerging markets, analyze trends, and keep abreast of competitor activities and industry developments.
Sales Reporting : Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, revenue, and forecasts to the leadership team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with the marketing team to support demand generation efforts and enhance brand visibility.
Team Development : Mentor and support the sales team through regular training and coaching to ensure continuous improvement and success.
Qualifications and Skills
Education : MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred with an Engineering or IT background)
Experience :
Minimum 6+ years in international IT sales or B2B sales.
Hands-on experience managing enterprise accounts and corporate sales.
Exposure to tenders, strategic business development, and IT applications.
Skills :
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Technical understanding of IT solutions and enterprise customer needs.
Capable of managing priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
