Job Description

 

• Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.

• Present, promote, and sell jewellery products to customers.

• Explain product features, materials, and care instructions to clients.

• Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and after-sales service.

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain the visual display and cleanliness of the store and showcases.

• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.

• Maintain knowledge of current jewellery trends, collections, and competitors.

• Perform regular inventory checks and stock replenishment.
