Manage the complete sales cyclefrom strategy and market entry to client relationships and order deliverywhile collaborating across teams and maintaining profitability. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Hit sales targets and maintain profit margins. Expand presence by finding distributors, agents, and partners. Ensure excellent service and strong customer satisfaction. Market Strategy Research market trends and competition. Use insights to define entry and growth plans. Lead efforts to open new business in target markets. Business Development Visit and nurture relationships with partners. Negotiate contracts, tenders, and agreements. Manage the full order cycle: quotes delivery invoicing. Sales & Marketing Support Help with regional campaigns and promotions. Represent the company at exhibitions and trade events. Track performance and share improvement insights. Team Collaboration Work with Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams. Facilitate communication to meet company objectives. Risk & Compliance Spot risks related to regulations or geopolitics. Support mitigation planning. Stay updated on trade rules and advise teams. Experience & Skills 5+ years in international business development (ideally in Middle East). Strong track record of sales success. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
