Pharma / B. Pharma Experience Required Between 12 to 16 Years Of Experience Role Granulation Area Incharge Experience / Exposure in: Must have worked in regulated plants having approvals of USFDA, MHRA. etc. Hands-on experience in handling and implementing cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) practices and Good Documentation Practices. Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Granulation Area In-Charge to lead and manage daily operations in the Granulation section of our production department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of cGMP, documentation, and equipment handling in a regulated pharma environment. Job Description: 1. Efficiently utilize manpower to meet daily production targets as per SOPs. 2. Handle material weighing, balance calibration, BMR review, and SAP entries. 3. Maintain real-time documentation as per GDP and cGMP standards. 4. Ensure housekeeping and timely preventive maintenance of granulation equipment. 5. Follow cGMP, safety norms, PPE usage, and hygiene practices. 6. Ensure proper line clearance and timely changeovers with documentation. 7. To handle the Change control, deviation and investigation and Effectiveness checks. 8. Complete SOP training and maintain updated records in LMS (Zytims). 9. Coordinate with other departments and train subordinates as needed. 10. Sound knowledge of SAP, Trackwise (QMS), cGMP, ALCOA+, Validation, OEE, Trouble shooting of Equipments, planning & Execution. Key Focus: Ensure robust quality systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the site.,
