    Job Title: Deputy Manager, NGO Operations Role Overview: The Deputy Manager will support the Operations Manager in NGO Operations, which includes onboarding NGOs onto the platform, providing ongoing support, and managing subscription renewals. In addition, the Deputy Manager will serve as a Key Account Manager for a group of NGOs, focusing on increasing donation volumes and addressing any escalations. The Deputy Manager will also lead a team of 1-2 team members or interns, responsible for training and assisting the Operations Manager in recruitment efforts. Roles & Responsibilities: Assist the Operations Manager in various aspects of NGO Operations. Oversee the onboarding process for NGOs, ensuring smooth integration onto the platform. Provide support to NGOs and donors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Manage renewals and handle escalations effectively. Serve as the Key Account Manager for a designated group of clients, aiming to increase donation volumes. Identify bottlenecks in current processes and provide actionable solutions for improvement. Train team members and assist the Operations Manager in recruiting new team members. Expectations & Skills Required: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; strong oral communication skills in Hindi. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Strong presentation skills for video demonstrations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail is critical, particularly in the KYC process for onboarding NGOs. Experience in customer interactions with a customer-first mindset focused on problem-solving and customer delight. Ability to operate independently without micro-management, demonstrating a high degree of ownership and responsiveness. Strong prioritization and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities. Ability to delegate, assign, and train tasks to team members. Qualifications: Any graduate with 3 to 6 years of experience; MBA candidates are preferred. Significant experience in operations is required. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, flexibility to handle a diverse range of activities, and a willingness to do what it takes to achieve goals.
