Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ORM Executive to manage and protect the online presence of our brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, responding to, and resolving customer reviews, comments, and mentions across various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and feedback across all digital platforms including Google, Zomato, Facebook and Instagram.
• Respond promptly, politely, and professionally to both positive and negative reviews/comments.
• Escalate sensitive or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.).
• Maintain a daily tracker of reviews/responses and generate weekly/monthly reports on brand sentiment and engagement.
• Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to align messaging and tone of voice.
• Recommend strategies to improve the brand's online reputation.
• Track industry trends and competitor activities in the ORM space.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in ORM or social media/customer service role (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of digital platforms and review sites.
• Ability to handle negative feedback calmly and constructively.
• Attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using ORM or social tools
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
