Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and visit potential clients in premium residential, hospitality (hotels), corporate offices, commercial spaces, and institutional sectors to generate new business.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to architects, builders, PMC firms, and interior consultants for project leads and specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers including facility managers, project heads, and purchase managers.
  • Present and explain Innov8s product portfolio and interior solutions tailored to specific client requirements.
  • Stay updated with ongoing and upcoming interior projects in the assigned territory.
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and project bids.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into confirmed projects.
  • Provide regular market feedback, competitor insights, and business opportunities to the management team

Preferred candidate profile


  • Experience: 35 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in the interior design, architecture, furniture, building materials, or allied industries.
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with a background in marketing, interior design, architecture, or civil engineering.
  • Client Handling: Experience in dealing with HNI clients, architects, builders, project consultants, and corporate clients.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Personality: Well-groomed, professional, self-driven, and target-oriented.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using email, WhatsApp, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
