Job Description

Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM) Corporate Hospital Accounts

Location: Delhi-NCR

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Key Account Management, preferably in Pharma, Babycare, or Healthcare sector


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead relationship management and business development efforts across key Corporate Hospital accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client servicing within the healthcare domain and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic account handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned hospital accounts, ensuring consistent and high-quality engagement.
  • Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with hospital stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings within existing accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, preparing regular forecasts, business reviews, and strategic insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to deliver client-specific solutions.
  • Resolve client concerns efficiently while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare industry updates impacting key accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, documentation, and reporting standards as per company and client protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management, with a strong preference for candidates from Pharma, Babycare, or Healthcare domains.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport at various organizational levels.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and client management.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and business communication platforms.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution ability.
