Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic fresher to join our US IT Staffing team as a Bench Sales Recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in the dynamic field of recruitment and staffing.
As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) to potential clients and staffing agencies across the US and placing them in suitable contract positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and place IT consultants (on our bench) by finding suitable job opportunities with direct clients and tier-1 vendors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with implementation partners and end clients.
- Post resumes on job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other relevant platforms.
- Submit consultants to job requirements, negotiate rates, and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain regular follow-up with consultants and clients to ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain database and documentation for submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Basic knowledge or interest in US IT recruitment/staffing.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work in night shift (US Time Zones).
- Good understanding of job boards and social media platforms.
- Time management, multitasking ability, and a strong desire to learn and grow.Role & responsibilities
