Job Description Quality Analyst Lead Experience:- 5+ Years Location:- Mohali Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of QA, providing guidance and support in all aspects of quality assurance. Develop and implement QA processes, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop comprehensive test plans. Design, execute, and automate test cases to validate functionality, performance, and scalability of software applications. Identify and prioritize areas for test automation and develop automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks. Establish and maintain test environments and test data sets to support ongoing testing activities. Monitor and analyze test results, identify defects and track them to resolution using bug tracking systems. Participate in release planning and deployment activities, ensuring that quality objectives are met for each release. Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance. Requirements:- Any Bachelors / masters degree is preferred. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Redmine, JUnit, TestNG). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Managerial skills. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
