Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top IT talent for various technical positions across the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or a similar talent acquisition role.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of IT roles and technologies (e.g., programming languages, cloud platforms, IT infrastructure).
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage candidates at all levels.
- Other: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, eager to learn and grow within the recruitment field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with technical interview processes and basic understanding of technical interviews.
- Experience with HR or recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Shine or other ATS systems.
