Minimum Qualification

MBA or equivalent in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.

Minimum Experience

12 years of overall professional experience, including at least 3 years in Human Resources Management.

Salary Rs. 90,000/- per month

Job Description

The job involves strategic planning and execution of HR policies and Institutional Systems in line with the objectives and goals of IIIDEM. The job will involve leading and managing all human resource functions and system-based administrative processes of the organization.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities of the job include the following:

(i) HR Strategy & Policy Implementation Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with institutional objectives.

(ii) HR Systems and Human Resource Operations Manage Institutional HR Systems, Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance appraisal and exit management.

(iii) Organizational Planning and Development - Lead initiatives for organizational development, manpower planning, capacity building, and change management to enhance institutional effectiveness.

(iv) Administrative Systems & Automation Supervise implementation of administrative procedures, HRMIS, and workflow automation tools to ensure efficiency and transparency.

(v) Employee Engagement & Capacity Building Facilitate staff training, welfare initiatives, and employee engagement programmes to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Skills & Competencies

(i) Leadership skills in human resources and institutional systems management,

(ii) Skills in designing Institutional Systems and Processes

(iii) Analytical, coordination and communication skills including coordination with senior leadership

(iv) Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

Desirable

(i) Prior experience in setting up new institution, early development stage,

(ii) Exposure to HR automation systems, institutional policy design, and staff training modules,

(iii) Certification in HR analytics and organizational development,

(iv) Experience in documentation, and MIS reporting.
