Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst Invoice to Cash (Cash Apps Representative) We are looking for someone with a deep understanding and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to cash application and coordinating with customer Responsibilities Daily Cash application Reconcile unapplied accounts Customer open credit Inquiry and Dispute Management Provide information to the customer service and sales departments as requested Qualifications Minimum qualifications Graduate in Commerce (B. Com) Excellent computer skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, and hard working.
