Job Description

You will be joining DRAGONFLY TESTING SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED as a Software Testing Sales Manager on a full-time basis. Your role will involve managing day-to-day sales activities, such as identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Remote work is also an option for this position. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies for software testing services, targeting potential clients across various industries, nurturing client relationships, collaborating with technical teams to customize solutions, meeting sales goals, and providing market feedback to enhance service offerings. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales within the software testing or IT services sector, possess a strong understanding of QA processes, tools, and automation testing, demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, be adept at working both independently and collaboratively, and exhibit skills in sales, business development, and relationship management. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
