Opportunity :We are seeking an experienced Sr TA partner Tech to drive and manage end-to-end hiring for our business teams including Tech,Product & Design roles
You will play a strategic role in scaling our technical workforce while ensuring a strong candidate experience, diversity of pipeline, and alignment with business goals
What you ll be working on? * Own and execute the full-cycle recruitment process for tech roles across departments
* Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build robust hiring strategies
* Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, and employer branding efforts
* Drive recruitment operations, maintain dashboards, and track hiring metrics
* Enhance candidate experience through effective communication and streamlined processes
* Collaborate with the People/HR team to ensure seamless onboarding and workforce planning
* Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability for non-tech roles
What we are looking for? * 3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition
* Strong track record in hiring across tech and design roles
* Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels
* Experience in using modern ATS and recruitment tools
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report recruitment metrics
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
