Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Work From Home)

Job Type: Contract (3 Months)
Work Mode: Remote / Work from Home
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Rotational Off)
Shifts: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in Customer Support (Voice or Non-Voice)

• Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi

• Education: Graduate (Any stream)

• Contract Duration: 3 Months

• Work Environment: Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and weekly offs

Technical Requirements:

• Laptop/Desktop with:

  • Processor: Minimum Intel i5

  • RAM: 8 GB or more

  • Operating System: Windows 10

• High-speed WiFi connection

• USB Headset for clear communication

---

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls/chats/emails (as applicable)

• Provide resolution with a customer-first approach

• Maintain quality standards in communication and support

• Adapt to new tools and technologies as per business need

---

Note: This is a contract-based position for 3 months only.
