Job Description
What would you be doing/ Expected from this role?
- Communicating with potential job candidates.
- Contacting candidate references and verifying education listings.
- Managing 6-9 Dark Stores & need to visit stores regularly
- Employee Engagement & Attrition Management
- Managing HR records including resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms.
- Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
- Issuing new employees with enrolment documents.
- Conducting employee orientations.
- Explaining employee benefits.
- Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
- Maintaining employee confidentiality.
- Creating an open environment for communication.
- Overseeing termination process.
- Helping with Payroll process.
- Hiring and retaining talent of the organization.
- Attendance management & leave management.
- Handling employee grievance.
Who are we looking for?
Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in HR Operations & Generalist role.
Impressive knowledge in the retail & ecommerce industry
Must be good in handling attendance management, payroll management, creation of PF ESI,
Grievance handling and employee engagement activities.
Shift timings: 9hours shift
Working days: 6days working
