About Us:
We are a leading HR Recruitment Agency providing quality manpower solutions to reputed national and multinational companies across India. We are expanding our internal team and looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive Recruitment to join our dynamic office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and job specifications
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social platforms, references, and networking
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates
- Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule further rounds with clients
- Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update recruitment records and databases
- Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and use of job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree (Preferably in HR, Management, or related field)
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage
