Job Role -
Help support regional TA teams in identifying East India hiring agencies/ vendors, job boards, NGOs, hiring platforms & lead generation partners that can help build new talent pipelines for our current open jobs
Identifying hiring patterns across different regions and timelines to understand and forecast future capabilities or support that is required to enable our regional teams to hire within the et TATs
Working on consolidating regional recruitment data on a monthly basis and creating custom quarterly reports to be shared across to the Regional HR Head consistently.
Ensuring compliance is met in the recruitment process across all our regional hiring and running quarterly audits on the same
Criteria -
8 to 10 years of on ground experience in hiring and managing recruitment teams in the blue-collar & white collar hiring space
Excellent knowledge in the retail & ecommerce industry
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology
Excellent Presentation skills
Strong Analytical skills
A motivated, self-directed individual that works well with minimal supervision
Experience in organizational communication (internal and external)
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to others; write reports, business correspondence, project plans, procedural documents, and playbooks
Experience working directly with higher management/leadership team is desirable
Should have the experience in managing multiple projects with stringent deadlines and multiple
stakeholders
