Job Description
- As an Indian food chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes for a hotel named Ratna and Family Resort. This is a full-time position where your culinary skills will be utilized to create delicious and traditional Indian meals for the guests. Your duties will include selecting fresh ingredients, spices, and herbs, as well as cooking various types of Indian dishes such as curries, tandoori items, biryanis, and desserts. You will be expected to follow traditional recipes while also having the creativity to experiment with new flavors and presentation styles. In addition to cooking, you will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety standards, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Communication with the kitchen team and management is essential to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
