Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to lead and manage our internal recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, managing recruiter performance, reporting hiring metrics to senior management, and ensuring a smooth onboarding and induction process for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters; set goals, track performance, and ensure target achievement.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and oversee the selection process.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly recruitment status reports to management.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding and induction sessions for new employees.
- Implement best practices to improve sourcing, candidate experience, and offer-to-join ratios.
Experience: 2 - 5 years in IT recruitment
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle IT recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Proficient in preparing hiring reports and analytics.
- Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and manage a recruitment team.
Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Availability: Should be open to a 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday).
