We are currently seeking applications for the following roles in Lloyds Underwriting: - Process Developer - Domain Trainee - Management Trainee - Assistant Manager As a Process Developer for Lloyds and UK underwriting, you will be responsible for managing the delivery team across various tasks such as submission intake, risk clearance, quote support, and policy issuance. Your key responsibilities will include effective communications and forecast planning with the onshore client team, driving digital savvy operational delivery in the complex Lloyds UK underwriting environment, leading the steady state operating team, and setting up upcoming growth in parallel locations. You will also be responsible for Slips/Endorsement/Declarations Processing, Premium Calculations, understanding the UK Insurance Market, Quote Generation, and Issuance of policy documents after verification. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum qualifications: - Effective communication skills in handling Lloyds Underwriting Business - Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree - Experience in the London Insurance Market or Underwriting - UK Insurance Domain and Lloyds Market experience are a must-have - Proficiency in data analysis, MS Excel, and PowerPoint - GB Trained Preferred Preferred qualifications: - Certifications in the London Insurance Market This is a full-time position based in Gurugram, India.
