Location: Hyderabad, India As a member of the Product QA division, your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and evaluating quality control methods and systems. You will conduct functional and automation testing, as well as establish standards and procedures to ensure quality guidance and methods. Additionally, you will actively contribute to ongoing automation efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and actively participate in test case development and execution. - Lead testing activities by creating test strategies, plans, and executing tests while providing regular updates to stakeholders. - Contribute to automation by developing new test scripts and executing test suites. - Collaborate with the Customer Success team to address customer escalations and provide guidance to both internal and external stakeholders. - Manage multiple products/projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. - Provide technical leadership to a team of QA engineers. - Enforce process adherence and identify deviations, acting as a gatekeeper for the team. - Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Key Skills: - Strong team player with excellent communication skills. - Proficient in interpersonal interactions across departments. - Demonstrated aptitude in Software Testing with a continuous improvement mindset. - Experience in API & Microservices Testing, Testing API Gateways, and CI/CD pipelines. - Analytical and observant with strong problem-solving abilities. - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and delivery. - Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team. - Passionate about delivering high-quality software. Qualifications: - B.E/B.Tech in any relevant field. - 7-10 years of overall experience. - Proficient in quality assurance techniques, testing concepts, methodologies, and tools such as Jira, TestRail, and Postman. - Experience in API/Microservices Testing/Contract testing is essential. - Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Expertise in REST API automation and familiarity with UI automation. - Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology or CSTE/CSQA/ISTQB certification is beneficial. - Experience with Cloud applications or SaaS products is advantageous.,
