Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power Automate to design, develop, and implement automation workflows that improve operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable and reliable automation solutions using Power Automate and integrating with various business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Flow).

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automated solutions.

Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.

Integrate Power Automate workflows with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and third-party applications.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed workflows for performance and reliability.

Maintain documentation for automated processes and assist in training end-users.

Work closely with the IT and business teams to ensure smooth automation adoption.

Stay updated with the latest RPA trends and Power Platform features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in RPA development, specifically with Microsoft Power Automate.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

Familiarity with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft 365 services.

Good knowledge of APIs, connectors, and integration techniques.

Experience in process mapping, workflow design, and automation best practices.

Basic understanding of scripting languages such as PowerShell or JavaScript is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, or PL-400).

Good to have Blue Prism experience .

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
