Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for SMEs (Small & Medium Enterprises) using our software products.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively communicating product benefits to potential customers.

Job Requirements :

  • 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of ERP sales, enterprise sales, SaaS sales, software solution sales, service sales, internet sales, corporate sales, website sales etc. .
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls.
