Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and transform them into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Design and implement responsive, reusable, and accessible UI components using modern front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.).
Translate design systems and brand guidelines into code with pixel-perfect precision.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions and improve user experience.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability.
Ensure UX best practices are followed across the product lifecycle.
Advocate for user-centric design while balancing technical constraints and business goals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
6+ years of experience in UX/UI design and front-end development.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS), JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
