You are invited to apply for the position of Faculty Member within the Department of Robotics & Artificial Intelligence. We are seeking individuals with strong academic qualifications, research experience, and a dedication to teaching. The ideal candidate should possess a Ph.D. or M.Tech in Robotics or a closely related field, along with a demonstrated understanding of AI technologies and their applications. Applicants with a Ph.D. in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or Mechatronics are preferred. However, individuals with an M.Tech in Robotics or related disciplines, coupled with a robust research and academic background, will also be considered. A minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching, research, or relevant industry roles is required for this position. In this role, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of key areas such as Intelligent Robotics, Machine Vision, Autonomous Systems, Control Systems, and Human-Robot Interaction. Additionally, expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning within the Robotics domain is highly desirable. Practical experience with robotics platforms, programming languages (Python, ROS, C++), and simulation tools is essential. Your responsibilities will include delivering lectures and practical training for undergraduate and postgraduate programs, guiding student research projects and theses, publishing research in reputable national and international journals/conferences, enhancing the curriculum, and collaborating with research bodies, industry partners, and internal stakeholders for academic advancement. You will also be involved in supporting the department in accreditation processes, lab development, and outreach programs.
