Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective hiring strategies, overseeing the recruitment lifecycle, and building a strong employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team
Optimize sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring
Enhance employer branding through innovative campaigns and recruitment marketing
Maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards to track performance and hiring effectiveness
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 1 year in team handling
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and modern sourcing techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
