About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Partner Activation Specialist to join our team and support the growth of our MadeComfy Pro partners. In this role, you will be instrumental in training, coaching, and empowering Business Development Managers (BDMs) within our partner organizations, enabling them to onboard properties effectively and drive sales success.

You will work in hybrid mode from India, aligned with Australian business timings, and act as the key liaison between our internal teams and partner BDMs. Your expertise in sales processes and relationship building will be central to accelerating partner performance and ensuring seamless collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Training & Development: Deliver structured onboarding, coaching, and upskilling for BDMs within partner organizations.
  • Sales Shadowing & Support: Join live partner calls and meetings to coach in real time and enhance sales strategies.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partner BDMs for all training and performance queries.
  • Sales Process Enablement: Ensure BDMs understand and effectively utilize MadeComfy tools, presentations, and appraisal systems.
  • Partner Growth Acceleration: Equip BDMs with the skills needed to rapidly grow their property portfolios.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor BDM performance and provide actionable feedback and development recommendations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Property Onboarding, Client Success, etc.) for smooth partner handovers.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance the partner training and activation process.
  • Reporting: Share regular insights and progress updates with internal stakeholders and leadership.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally with exposure to coaching or onboarding sales teams.
  • Strong capability in training, mentoring, and simplifying complex sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for partner relationship management.
  • Results-driven with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of or quick adaptability to MadeComfy's service offering and sales processes.
  • Preferred: Background in real estate, property management, or investment properties.
